By installing or using Scrapely you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
1. The service
Scrapely is a browser extension that helps you detect and export data from web pages you can already view.
2. Acceptable use
- Use Scrapely only on sites and data you are allowed to access and collect.
- Follow each site's terms of service, robots.txt, and applicable laws, including privacy and copyright laws.
- Do not use it to bypass logins, paywalls, or security measures, to overload servers, or to harvest data for spam, harassment, or fraud.
- Use reasonable delays between requests.
3. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for what you collect and how you use it. We do not review or store your data.
4. Ownership
Scrapely and its design are owned by its developer. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use it. The data you export belongs to you or its original owners.
5. No warranty
Scrapely is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Websites change, so we cannot guarantee that it will work on every site.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data, or claims arising from your use of Scrapely.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the extension at any time. Continued use means you accept the changes. We may suspend access for violations.
